Hearing Help is a local independent Audiology clinic that prioritises genuine service, best practices and client centred care. We are located at the Newport Marketplace shopping centre in the gorgeous Redcliffe Peninsula. Hearing Help is a dedicated small business that aims to assist the hearing needs of the North Brisbane and Moreton Bay regions. Our local, friendly team value each client and we strive to provide exceptional customer service and care to earn your confidence, trust and loyalty.

Caring and Independent

As an independent Audiology practice, we are not owned by a large international hearing aid company and there are advantages to this. Firstly, we have contracts with many hearing aid manufacturers giving us access to more products at a wider range prices and levels of technology. The benefit of this is the advice is not influenced by sales expectations from a large international company, it is based on the Audiologists years of experience directed by our conversations regarding your goals and needs.  The second benefit is we can spend more time following Best Practices. We don’t just grab hearing aids off the shelf, Best Practices requires more comprehensive counselling, accurate assessments, and utilising hearing aid fitting equipment to verify and validate that your devices are truly optimised for you.  

The name says it all, when you visit Hearing Help, you will be treated with client-centred care, by an expert in her field, who is authentic and cares about improving your hearing goals.

Community and Support

At Hearing Help, we don’t just fit hearing aids, the goal is to provide the whole community with the assistance and advice they need. Services include; hearing tests (for adults and children), tinnitus assessments and treatment, auditory processing assessments (primary and high school children), ear plugs, ear wax removal as well as hearing aid fittings for adults.

Erin Seamer is the Audiologist and Director of Hearing Help, an independent Audiology practice located in our beautiful Newport Physio and Health rooms. Erin has a wealth of experience having worked as an Audiologist for over 23 years, 17 of those in the Redcliffe community. As a local business owner she is committed to providing the community of all ages (3+ years) with better outcomes for their hearing health needs.
